To hear the political buzz in Minnesota-and that is all it is-Gov. Jesse Ventura is giving some thought to trying to unseat Sen. Paul Wellstone next year instead of seeking re-election.
Governor Ventura, a famously vocal independent, usually has a comment on just about everything.
But of his political future, he has said nothing definitive, refusing not only to address the Senate rumour but also to say whether he will run for a second term as governor.
So, he'll fit right in with the rest of the Maroons ;-)
You have no say, you're not from here. I have watched him closely, (even having had personal contact with him several times) and he is a loose cannon. He doesn't think out positions, he "goes with the flow" or something equally mindless. You cannot predict his position on anything; positions on the same issues change from day to day. I don't particularly like Norm Coleman, but he's got my vote. I hope Jesse just goes away.
