Death is not good enough - somehow a lethal injection is too easy. I think of the suffering of that little girl and the agony her parents will go through the rest of their lives - I don't know what kind of punishment would ever be horrible enough for a creep like this.

Killing is too good for them. I propose pain. Pain that they can't escape. Some electrodes in the pain centers of the brain would make it impossible to ingore. If that's too much trouble, you can always fire up a wood chipper. He's got at least four or five good appendages that can be run through the thing without killing him.
