"My cousin told me that Rush Limbaugh said that this kid was in the Young Democrats and Rush is never wrong. Perhaps you should head back over to DU to spread filthy and Godless lies about Republicans."
According to this article from the St. Petersburg Times, he was a Young Republican:
Family paints pilot as being 'regular' teen
Sometimes Rush is wrong. That, or your cousin misquoted him.
Young Republican, eh? If that's the case and someone gave him envelopes to address, and told him he was part of something bigger, he probably would choose Dan Rather and Dasshole. That is, assuming there is a connection between the suicide note and the anthrax letters other than the '5,' the '-' between the date digits instead of a '/' and the downward slant to the lines- an extreme slant and curious coincidence. One of the hoax letters mailed north was mailed out of St. Petersberg, FL. The kid could also have been asked to do the addressing, and later someone could insert the anthrax and mail those puppies- it wouldn't have to be the kid.
It would be interesting to see some of his printing to see if the resemblance is closer.
Wonder if the kid was fond of reading tabloids?
