I got no article to refer you to, but it is rumored that two cars with Middle Easterners were observed drivng around LA area's oil refineries filming. 911 was called and a one car was pulled over by sheriff deputies out of the Carson office. The result was several people being taken by the Fed's.

I have a picture taken inside the Statue of Liberty by an employee of mine that shows among a group of Welsh boy scouts he was hosting, a man who is a dead ringer for one of the 22 missing terrorists. He took the picture in July and reported it to the FBI after 9/11 They have shown no interest to date. My man says the guy hung onto their group and spoke very little English. He had a professional video camera and taped inside and outside the statue.
