This is actually a little tough. So many to choose from. Eliminating Presidents, I'd have to say my favorite conservative is the late, great Lee Atwater. The GOP hasn't been the same since he passed away, and he was never afraid to get in the RATS faces.

It's even harder to pick a RAT, since they're all pretty loathsome. I guess I'd have to say that the best choice is the one that never fails to get under my skin. Not because he's right(he's nearly always wrong), but because he's so smug, snotty, nasty, and arrogant you want to *itch slap him around till he begs you to stop, and then you hit him one last time. In that category, it's close between Begala and Chris Lahane, but I've got to give the edge to the Forehead for outright meanness.
