This is a shell game...we all know the pea will not be where we expect it to be...the real answer I suspect is that Israel will know where they are and will pick them off one at a time...and for that all the world will be grateful but never say it!

Appeasement is OK when the victims are Israelis, but the idea of terrorists in Tivoli is quite another thing.
