I'm not going to post the entire page of comments by the public, because it would take too long and they're changing constantly. But go read this page, and then go add your own comments at the bottom if you wish. The responses, from both the US and UK, are OVERWHELMINGLY pro-Bush, or at least of the "there's no way he or anyone else could have known" variety. I'd say it's 90-10 or 95-5 in favor of Bush.

The RATS have blown it BIG TIME.

I do agree (and am glad) that the Dems may not be getting the high degree of public outrage that they would like. However, as much as I dislike them, I don't view them as lightweight foes. I think they may have expected only a small percentage of people would change their opinion of Bush as a result of this manufactured "scandal". But for them, this is an incremental step forward in the early innings of this current election cycle. Rememer the October Surprise Bush DWI story the weekend before the Presidential election? Post-voting booth polling seemed to indicate a percentage or two of voters were swayed by that story. And in a close election, it nearly changed the outcome.

I think this is just a foretaste of many more coordinated attacks to come before Election Day 2002 rolls around. Each attempt may only convert a few tepid Bush supporters, but with the help of the press and a malleable public, the Dems see a route to victory. To underestimate them is very dangerous.

Well, given the fact that the timeline of the FBI data indicates that the warning was given in 1999 and that Bush wasn't in the WH until later, even a demolib has to see that it was Bubbafucco that blew it. Its time for a big Clinton legacy flush....

Sometimes, you just cannot scrape the sh@t off of your shoes fast enough to get rid of the smell. Even after washing... the stench persists. Funny.

Dems been doin a lot of that recently.

Wonder what they will try next... seem to be very actively, and somewhat frantically doing everything they can come up with, to try and keep from getting run over this next election cycle. I am seeing bush pull 85-90 percent numbers in polls all over the place... it's time for zogpee to pull another "fast one" out of his lyin' arse... for dasshole and gepfart.

Democart stragery, is fallin' in the crapper.

Like quicksand, the more they try to get out, the deeper they seem to sink. This may in fact, not be a good year to be a democrat.

It is about friggin time.

Thanks for the Post...I have utter disgust for the way the Dems play the game...however I do not believe that the citizens have been served well by any of our Federal Public Servants. They should all share any blame on this... let the sunshine in. The "Intelligence" agencies, the INS, FAA, Airlines, Airports, the former President and all his staff & appointees, as well as the current "Leadership". Open it up, we want to know the truth, the truth will trump the bulls---!!!! There needs to be some punishment involved for these criminal/treasonous actions. Key word here is TRANSPARENCY in Government.

Yeh, but on another poll...."32% said they viewed Bush less favorably".....what does that tell you fellow Americans? This whole thing stinks. The way this is being spun by the Lamestreamers is just disgusting and misleading enough for the ignorant sheeple to be swayed. This is one sick country when nearly all of Americans aren't aware that the real warnings of and reasons for these types of events came during BillyBob's humjob and cigar laden regime. Republicans and the entire country are in deep trouble when ABC, NBC, SeeBS, etc. spin this story the way they have already. This is gruesome, and the majority of the people are so uninformed and ignorant that the lies and inferences about G.W. will be absorbed by many, many people. The country is out of luck because the people are so endlessly clueless. And the spin of the Lamestream media is repulsive and devilish. God bless America when the people are this ignorant. And again, to think the rampant ignorance is INTENTIONAL! (compliments of your wonderful teachers union and public school system.)

Two days ago the dems were yelling " What did he know and when did he know it?"

Obviously they saw that wasn't working,so yesterday it was " We aren't blaming him, we just don't want it to happen again."

Earlier in the week it was the 'picture'. That faded away also.

Their big problem is that any thing they try to bring up has a 'clinton' connection and could bite them in the a$$ if they push the issue. Too bad their lead man is the king of sleaze.

I feel badly for them, yeah,riiiiight..

The biggest failure of the Anerican government to protect its citizens is in front of our faces, and to many people it is a democrat plot to win an election?

If the stupidity of partisans on both sides continues, there wont be any side left to win any election!

The entire intelligence chain of command has failed!

Expose this!

Fire those responsible!

Change our repsonses before the terrorists unleash a designer bio that will kill us all!

Of course the attacks could have been prevented!

But who wanted to throw out hundreds of thousnads of illegals?

Who wanted to empty flight schools?

Who wanted to search for the facts?

Who wants to be "intelligent"?
