When the government goes on a profiling spree, looking for "terrorists", they will be looking for more than Islamics. Section 802 of the Us Anti-Patriot act makes that abundently clear.

Right you are Wash_man.

From section 802

...(5) the term `domestic terrorism' means activities that--
`(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
`(B) appear to be intended--
`(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
`(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
`(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

If somebody meets those qualification then they are a terrorist.

That's right. Either 802(5)(A) or 802(5)(B), or both, makes one a terrorist. Speeding, jaywalking, dropping a banana peel, peeing on a bush all qualify as violations of 802(5)(A).

What's incredible is that nobody read the thing, yet all but Ron Paul voted for it.

But, I feel safer now. Don't you?
