Beirut police said a two-kilogram bomb of TNT had been placed under the driver's seat. The seat was found dozens of meters away from the twisted wreck.It sounds like this was a test of the newly-invented car ejection seat. It looks like it's back to the drawing board.

Oh, good. It was a 505. For a minute there I thought somebody had blown up a perfectly good 504. It's getting hard to find a good 504 these days.

I think it's better to be wrongly imprisoned where you have a chance of being exonerated at a later date than being wrongly executed. Do you disagree? To a VERY limited extent.
I believe there should be reliable eyewitnesses(s) to the crime or enough evidence that would be the equivalent, for capital punishment to be enacted.
