Coordinated a multimedia team of eight EPA employees implementing joint initiatives with the Government of Mexico to protect and improve the environment in the U.S.-Mexico border area.

It's a conspiracy of more than one then isn't it!

Why not use the RICO law on these rats?

"I couldn't figure out what a mexican was doing on US soil counting birds. But I got it now."

Don't feel bad. I envisioned some guy wandering around with a clip board and asking the owls:

"How would you rate your working conditions?
[] Good
[] Fair
[] Poor..."

...etc.

"What makes the MEXICAN SPOTTED OWL different from a regular Owl ?"

Much more tasty.....extra spices like cumin, garlic, and particularly the chilis account for this characteristic.

Sounds like enviornmental wacko's have found as comfortable a home in the Forest Service as Pedophiles have found in the Catholic Church.

It looks like, if we want to preserve the environment, the best way is to keep environmentalists out of it!

If it burns to the ground I'll give the guy a hero's party at any one of the local Reno casino's. The destruction of that damn organization would be cause to celebrate for the rest of our lives.

Some of them, many, in fact, have Red spots.

Like other fauna from their native habitat, they are known to migraste Northward. Be wary, some may be carriers of HPAI.
