Avila was charged two years ago with molesting two girls under the age of 14, but was acquitted by a jury, Riverside County Deputy District Attorney Paul Dickerson said. night.

"I don't think my son did anything, but I notice he is cooperating," she said. "He hasn't been through this before so he doesn't know what's going on. He doesn't have a record."

These two paragraphs seem to be in a conflict....what's his mom talking about when she says he 'hasn't been through this before? Looks like he has!

His mom: "He hasn't been through this before so he doesn't know what's going on. He doesn't have a record."

The guy was charged with molesting two girls two years ago! This woman is a pathetic fool.

Also note it was a phone tip to the hotline that lead to the perp. This should be brought up any time someone bitches about the "Tips Program" that is part of the Presidents Homeland Security plan. Citizens on alert is important.

I heard it reported on KSFO radio this morning. From my understanding, the Senate(?!) refused to pass the legislation as long as the TIPS program was included. Sorry for the lack of information. I will look for additional confirmation. I certainly hope it is true.

Hasn't been struck down yet, but Dick Armey is introducing legislation to ban it, along with national ID cards.

Here is an article from a local website Click here

Check out this similar rape and murder of a kid that occured about 5 years ago, and only 45 minutes away from where Samantha was found - It could be the same guy - he also used the "looking for a lost pet" routine.
