Too late. It always amazes me when jurors change their mind, as if they had been dealing with which toilet paper to choose rather than someone's life and just realized it.

Had Richard Detore testified at the trial, I'm convinced Trafficant would have been found not guilty. Detore's House testimony was the most convincing I've ever seen.

I haven't followed this case. I was channel surfing and caught the hearings on C-Span. Detore was riveting. NO surprise a juror who saw him would say he was wrong to convict.

Too late to change Traficant's criminal conviction. But the members of the House of Representatives still have to find by their independent judgment that Traficant has been proven guilty of the charges by a standard of clear and convincing evidence. New evidence ought to have an effect on that determination.
