Also, I think the AAADC is headed up by Kamal Nawash, who ran as a delegate- Republican- for the Virginia 46th district.

Besides, what civil right is more important to the American people than to be free from terrorism? Gee, I dunno... the rights to free speech, of religion, to peaceably assemble, to keep and bear arms, to be free from unreasonable search and seizure...?

Hey I agree with you my friend. But if we're all dead we'll hardly be in a position to enjoy them.

Failed experiment:
Disband the commission, send 'em home, put the money where it will do some good.
They're gonna bitch and moan no matter what, so go for it!

And who is the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination committee? (Otherwise known as the American-Arba-Anti-Discrimination Committee when they don't want ot be seen in a bad light) :
From columnist Debbie Schlussel:
"Imad HamadHamad, traipsing around as regional director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, is a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist, according to the INS. The INS fought his application for citizenship for years in court. Unfortunately, a weak immigration judge bowed to political pressure, disregarded the secret evidence against Hamad, and allowed him to become a U.S. citizen.
PFLP is most recently responsible for assassinating the Israeli Tourism Minister, Rahavam Zeevi, and several homicide bombings. In the 70s, PFLP and terrorist Carlos the Jackal conducted joint terrorist operations against Americans, according to terrorism expert Yigal Carmon, and PFLP also attempted to blow up airplanes, some containing Americans.
That a so-called American-Arab civil rights group would employ an accused terrorist as a high-ranking officialafter it fought for his citizenshipsays a lot. Incredibly, Hamad had the nerve to tell Ridge and ONeill he wants to maintain a relationship of trust [with] the government.

I hope Bush does not cave to these "civil rights" groups.

My mistake- this part is not accurate- I was thinking of al Arian's kid, as far as I know there's no relation between Elgindy and al Arian except perhaps palestinian causes:
He worked for Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, I believe, and a relative of his was a Congressman Bonior aid - remember the guy who got tossed out of the White House when a muslim group visited and who threw a tissy fit over being singled out by the secret service?
