The opportunists in Congress and commerce complain that it is inconsistent for the United States to do business with China and other dictatorships but to prohibit business with Cuba. They claim that doing business with and traveling to Cuba should be the right of Americans, and that it is in the national interest to allow it. They are right in part: It is inconsistent to do business with China but not with Cuba. But this should not lead America to wish to do business with Cuba. It should lead America to cut China off for human rights abuses.

Congressmen like Charles Rangel want you to accept Castro as a worthy trading partner. Others claim America should not become involved in Cuba's internal affairs. People like radio announcer Francisco Aruca play on the racism of ignorant Americans to convince them that the entire United States foreign policy is manipulated by the "powerful" Cuba exile community, although in the United States only one person in 225 is Cuban. (In the United States, one person in 14 is Mexican.) Aruca is a Castro supporter. In Cuba he criticizes dissidents for taking a stand against the tyrant. In the United States he exercises freedom of speech to support the Castro regime, an indefensible blight on humanity. Wayne Smith also trips over his own tongue to support Castro. Smith is supposed to be a Cuba expert. If he is an expert, I am a Dalmatian. On separate occasions, Smith has said that the Cuban exile community has no influence on Florida politics and that the same community has a powerful influence over national politics. Alzheimer's Disease?

Remember that one congressman in every six is a registered member of Democratic Socialists of America, the largest United States affiliate of the Socialist International, including Charles Rangel, Jesse Jackson, Maxine Waters and 53 others. What is their agenda for America? Why do they support the tyrant Castro, and want Americans to do business with Castro, the Hitler of the Caribbean? Is it because they want his pseudo-socialist regime to flourish, continue to persecute its own population and export terrorism and revolution? Do they want America to follow his example?

It is the function of free societies to flourish in just conditions and reject all forms of injustice. A society that embraces tyranny will come to suffer it. Reject the false teaching of sycophants like Rangel, Smith and Aruca, and reconfirm that the American Republic will only do business with governments that embrace human rights, not with bloody tyrants like Fidel Castro.

If you follow the path to closer relations with Castro, for the sake of providing access to a supposed new market for American business, you will have treacherously betrayed the philosophy that you yourself propounded in words you have spoken to Americans, such as when you said: "Look for a good beyond your own comfort."

You will also be setting up Americans for financial losses in the long term. Castro has a record of not paying his debts. He owes millions to several European nations. If credit is extended to Castro by the United States, the American taxpayer will end up with the bill. And you will be remembered as the president who plunged America deeper into economic problems by doing business with a known deadbeat.

There is absolutely no justification of any kind for doing business with Castro, either from a moral standpoint, or from an economic or strategic one. Reject the will of the majority of Congress. Reject the lies of Castro'' psychopaths. And publicly denounce the proposed normalization of relations with the Castro regime, with an explanation of the just and practical reasons for doing so. The American press remains silent, so you must speak. There are still a few reasonable people in America who will support you.

The wrath of God is about to descend on humanity. Who will be the target of this wrath? Many people, many of whom will be surprised. Many people calling themselves Christians, as well as others who think they have God's favor, will be shaken to find themselves on the wrong end of God's rage. We don't know exactly who all of these wretched ones will be, but I can't help thinking that the United States Congress will have a large percentage of its members on the receiving end. You can't legislate abomination and injustice, and expect to get away with it.
