Courageous...Heartbreaking, but courageous!

God bless Charleton Heston.

He and his family will definately have a place in my prayers. That man is one of the few who have gone out of his way to protect our Constitutional freedoms.

Man... Reagan and now Heston.
Perhaps courageousness leads to Alzheimers?
Good luck in your fight, Mr. Heston.
To: Wondervixen
I guess the sorrow I feel at seeing the greats fade away is the realization of what will fill the void they leave behind. Yes, sadly, "what" is the operative word here.

Mr Heston....among your attributes personal
and public, this man is most grateful for your
stand and actions at the rap song shareholders
meeting. Making greed look sin right in the eye
was God's gift for and through you. We all saw it,
your courage and God's good from it. Peter denied
Christ, three times ,as the rooster crowed, you did not.

How long before Leno,Letterman and especially, the Dems, must be licking their chops at this news. Can't you just see Begala saying-"Those of us on the right side of the gun issue, knew he was mentally ill, a long time ago".They are such predictable vultures.
To: Squantos
Pretty soon his illness will be ridiculed in the media, both 'press' and entertainment. This will cause me much anger... Every time I see Reagan's illness ridiculed, I feel like opening a can of whoopass on someone.
Of course being the cowards that they are, they'll wait until he's sufficiently incapacitated as to not be able to defend himself. GRRRR

It will be a sad day when Mr. Heston, a modern patriot, falls.
Best of luck to you Mr. Heston.

To be accurate (as this non-medical person recalls it), "Alzheimers" is for when unusually young (age 50-60) people experience the symptoms of senile dementia.
When octagenarians experience it, it is just senile dementia. But our society has euphemized the term to apply to all who have those symptoms.

Hmmmm. Thanks.
