You know, if memory serves me, in Robert Heinlein's "Stranger in a Strange Land", set some time in the 21st century, there is a reference to a news story about whites in South Africa petitioning the UN (or similar organization) because they were effectively being exterminated by the South African government. Even as far back as the 1960's, Heinlein could see what was in store for whites in Africa.
