That's crap buddy.

Had you read the entire post and used your cranial contents before you hit the reply button, you would have understood the post.

BTW, the knuckledragger tag fits the guy.
You should follow your own advice. I you don't understand a term, ask around.

As for the Nazi thing, here's another army phrase that is appropriate:
Do the right thing!
Meaning: When you are wrong, correct yourself.

Save it. You slimed the guy and got called on it. You then insist you didn't. I see that here far too often and have no patience with it. Don't look for apologies here, bud.

"To the [Department of Justice] and the IRS ... make an 'example' of me," he wrote. "Surely if my position is 'frivolous' and completely devoid of merit, then the DOJ attorneys can easily refute my position in front of a jury, and have me convicted and imprisoned."

This dude might should talk to James Traficant.

Larken, in his letter, alleged that the federal income tax "applies only to one's taxable income, not to all income." He said that the federal tax code "clearly" shows "income to be taxable only when it comes from certain types of international or foreign commerce."

Too bad the courts disagree with him. But who cares what they think. They are part of the conspiracy.

Have the courts actually ruled on this position?

I NEVER said I didn't "slime" the guy. He is slime.
You , however, are not slime. You are merely an ill-mannered lout. You misunderstand my post, then call me a Nazi. This is the type of thing liberals do. When they can't argue the facts or don't understand something, they revert to name calling.

Find some manners.

We have a large young population here at FreeRepublic.com, many very active in our society in one way or another.

I am 23 and know of freepers even younger

Many of the people working on local campaigns I know of are in their twenties.

I was mainly surprised that someone so young would be taking on the IRS. Always figured it to be the domain of crusty old farts who don't have good personal hygeine, or some such stereotype. But it's great to know there are a lot of twenty-somethings and younger who have their heads in the world and not in the morass of pop culture.

Unfortunately many of my generation are in the morass of pop culture, else it would not exist.

Still, we are out there and are preparing for our roles as the leaders of tomorrow, whether that be as Fathers (of which I am of three) and Mothers or as Presidents and Senators.

All is not lost....yet :~)

You and me both. I'm closing up my business and retiring. I'm still open to making money, but only off the books or legally tax free. I'm sick to death of paying OVER %50 of my income in taxes, and I'm shrugging. Who is John Galt? Maybe James Taggart can get him to produce again. Or maybe not.

Yes. They've ruled on it often enough that they get very testy about you not having done your homework if you try to use that argument.
