Now he's saying Richard Butler ignored Ritter's warnings about spying on Iraq and using the inspection teams inappropriately. That does sound a little above his pay grade (ala Senator Biden's comment to Ritter during Congressional testimony in '98). He's basically calling Butler a liar on national television. Expect a rebuttal by by Butler in the next day or so. Says Butler is distorting the truth.
