I have mixed feelings about this. Anything that convinces people of the inhuman brutality of terrorists is a good thing. On the other hand, respect for the innate dignity of human beings, including the man whose head this was, argues against it.

It's like Holocaust photos. I can't stomach looking at them. I feel that in some ways they exploit the victims, and I don't feel the need to see them. I saw some of them once, many years ago as a child, and that was enough. But if they have converted some people from knee-jerk anti-semitism, maybe it's justified.

You have to wonder about CNN's motives in not showing this particular picture. Concern for human dignity? Concern not to damage the reputation of their Arab friends? Who knows?

Thinks CNN is wrong.They should not only show the head rolling across the grass.They should show the video of the jumpers at the WTC so we never forget the horror they inflicted upon us.I cannot fathom how you decide to jump over a 1,000 feet to your death to avoid being burned alive.That horror needs to remain fresh so that we remember what we are fighting for.

Robertson said the most personally "shocking" of the 64 tapes he brought out of Afghanistan was a segment CNN began airing Monday of what appears to be a test of a chemical agent. It showed a cloudy liquid seeping across a floor toward a dog that whimpers, struggles and collapses.

To put this into perspective, Robertson was more shocked by the dog dying than by a person's decapitated head rolling on the ground.

Dogs are more important to Robertson than people, I suppose.
