He really believes the UN and the US are already irrelevant so he just playing his games. What a shame Pres. Bush has showed the UN exactly how irrelevant they will become if they continue to allow such blatant disregard for their resolutions. IMHO if the UN is deemed irrelevant in the eyes of the world their whole mission will be a "fait complete."
He has had 4 years to hide it, and I highly doubt we'll be able to find it ....even with the help of the most sophisticated satellite equipment. We've been set up to look like complete fools, and that traitor Ritter will be able to say "I told you so." Meanwhile, this move by Saddam will buy him the time he needs to complete his nukes.
