That is really the crux of the matter. President Bush made his conditions clear to the UN and to Iraq. He implied that unless the specific conditions, quoted in my previous post, are not complied with, by the UN and by Iraq, the United States and Britain are going in, Security Council or NO Security Council.
With enough support from the right quarters, he may be able to pull this bold plan off. I know the American people are behind it.
