It is is hard to believe that this is happening to the Dutch, a proud nation that was not only able to defend itself but also shone as cultured and civilized. I am very sorry to hear this, KnightHawk.

When will the Dutch and the rest of us realize that in the Arab world there is a double standard nurtured for centuries. TO lie to, to steal from, to rape a non-Muslim is not a sin. This is what they do: they treat the countries that adopted them as a playground. Living among Christians and Jews allows them not only politicial freedoms that they never had in the Old Country, but even freedom from sim: they can steal and rape without scorn.

My heart goes to the parents of the girl. It sounds that she contributed nothing to this horrible situation.

Yes the rapists have been identified but this is the Netherlands we are discussing here and the Socialists in government must worry about the feelings and cultural sensitivities of the rapists. personally I favor the 230grain solution for these criminals but the Dutch government would not think of letting their people be armed. The last time the Dutch people were armed was during World War II but then it was in defiance of the Nazi occupation and any Dutch citizen who was armed was subject to execution.

This is revolting. The Dutch were one of the first peoples in Europe to assert successfully their independence from tyrants, and have a proud tradition of tolerance and hospitality -- witness the Dissenters from England who soujourned some years in the Netherlands before founding the Plymouth Colony in Massachussets.

Your country was absolutely right to elect a government committed to immigration reform, and now you need to take some serious action against the islamic scum in your midst.
