why don't I see Hillary Clinton's name on the vote list anywhere? Am I misreading the list?

Hatellary is in the Senate. Wasn't this a House vote?

This bill was voted on by the House of Representatives, that's why it is preceeded by the "HR" if it were a Senate bill it would be preceeded by an "S". Hitlery is in the Senate. So, only the congressmen voted on this one, I belive that in order to become law, someone in the senate must also sponsor a similar bill, then it goes to the president to sign into law.
