Now I'm thoroughly confused and its all the czar's fault. I thought drug "abuse" was the drug problem!
What really is "the drug problem"? The Demand? Hmmmm...
Look, this is a kind of business. And we need to drive down supply and demand together, otherwise, an imbalance in the two will cause the one that has been reduced to be undermined by the one that has not. We need to drive down the problem and keep it down. That's our goal.

Drug abuse is not a disease. Addicts use because They like the way it makes them feel You will hear a billion excuses from them as to why they use, but the above is the true reason.

Prohibit these things from being provided to children is a good start.

The ironic thing is that kids are able to get pot easier than beer these days BECAUSE of pot's illegality. Since it's not regulated in the same way that beer is. Legalize it, start selling it with the same restrictions as beer.
