Ah, then you are most fortunate. My district hasn't had a Conservative since 1962 (and a Dem at that), and it hasn't gone Republican since U.S. Grant's 2nd term in 1872.

Kisses all the union ass that he can and pretty leftist on economic issues, but all in all - he is 10,000 percent better than Bill Coyne. And the City of Pittsburgh could do a lot worse than having Doyle reprsent them too. As far as an urban Dem goes, we could do a lot worse than Doyle too."
Yeah, although it will be interesting to see if his vote starts sliding in a more Coynesian direction. Many in his redrawn district are looking to challenge him from the left in a future primary, and he'll probably want to keep an eye out on that flank.
