It's way different. These international organizations WANT to inflate the numbers of AIDS and HIV positive people. It suits their agenda. They would never deliberately underestimate them.

Point taken. What I'm saying is, I suspect Arabs aren't likely to allow themselves to be tested for HIV. And I doubt that the "human rights" mavins in the international organizations are allowed to press the issue. I suspect that HIV/AIDS is rampant in Egypt and the rest of North Africa. And considering what I've heard about the sex trade, urban Arab men are most definitely exposing themselves to the dangers.
