I remember someone reporting a dark-colored vehicle after this attack, so some media must have reported it. Don't remember the NJ plates though. This really makes my angry. If this SOB is guilty of this act, he has been sheltered from justice due to the PCing of our military. He deserves to be brought up on appropriate charges and tried in a military court and then shot when found guilty.

I agree that it is bad the woman's tip was "brushed off". But the problem is that they had 70,000 tips and only a dozen or so were valid. So their brush off ratio of good tips to bad tips has to be pretty good. :)

Hindsight is always 20 20. Not long ago many here were complaining because not enough info was being released. No composite etc narrowing the search. Now we're complaining because they were looking for a specific vehicle.
