LYNNWOOD -- City police are looking into the possibility that Washington, D.C.-area sniper suspect John Allen Muhammad was responsible for shooting up the Lynnwood Police Department in 2000.
Lynnwood officials already have confirmed that Muhammad performed maintenance on city vehicles -- including its police cruiser fleet -- under a contract that was terminated in October 1999.
The contract ended after a dispute between Muhammad and city officials, who claimed Muhammad provided poor service.

Uh, huh -- and he seemed to be frequently "in absentia" during this automotive repair stint -- of course, that doesn't follow any established terrorist pattern of unexplained absences/gaps, right?

"Most of the time, we dealt with and met with his wife, Mildred," Benfield said. "She was a very intelligent lady who was the one who managed the business.
"I think she was avoiding having us meet (Muhammad) until the last minute," he said. "He didn't seem to understand the contractual obligations and was more concerned about his own interests and how he wanted to do things than what the contract wanted."
Benfield remembered they disagreed on things such as how and when the oil changes needed to be done.
"It's kind of creepy," Benfield said after he realized who Muhammad was. "He seemed real ambitious but didn't appear to take direction well."
Benfield said it seemed strange that Mildred Muhammad often didn't know where he was, or said he would be back another day.
Hahaha. Ties is the one thing Muhammad has enough of. Ties to chief Moose of Maryland, and Calypso Louie. And possible links to Richard Reid are being looked at. Moreover, the gun-tracking computers in Maryland were taken offline before the shootings started, with the bogus explanation that there was no money to run them - which begs the question of what they were doing with the money allocated for the purpose, between six and seven million dollars. I hear the person responsible for those machines is now missing.
If you follow the connections from Moose, you end up in Oregon, and with Vera Katz. And funnily enough with the Portland terrorist group recently arrested.
And from Moose, while still in Oregon, the connections were directly to Bill Clinton, and also directly to Janet Reno. His son has a criminal record - he was busted for selling crack cocaine. The circumstances surrounding his move from Oregon to Maryland seem extremely interesting too.
Oh, and just for the amusement value, here's one of the results for a simple search for Vera Katz. Wouldn't you know, it netted a "libertarian" too ;)):

Vera Katz, Mayor of Portland, Oregon published the following proclamation during the Leather Pride Week (Aug 3-11. 2002). She characterised the SM Community as an important part of the society of the city.
Original Text of Proclamation:
Whereas, The City Of Portland recognizes the importance of a diverse community; and
Whereas, the motto of "Safe, Sane, and Consensual" adopted by the leather and fetish communities is vital to all relationships between consenting adults; and
Whereas, information, knowledge and education are important factors in promoting, understanding, and maintaining healthy social and sexual relationships; and
Whereas, fundraising efforts benefiting worthy charities gives those causes further power to survive and flourish; and

This is news to me.....fill me in, if you don't mind, or lead to a thread about this, ty. (A Vera Katz tie is an unknown to me, as well).
BTW, I assume you have read threads/postings about the INS burglary which occurred June 3/4, 2002 in Tacoma.....wherein, among other things taken, is a laptop, and INS stamps, of various kinds? But, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN it has NO CONNECTION to terrorists....just your "typical" burglary (you know, the kind wherein there was also NO evidence of forced entry into the INS office?)

Anyway, a Vera Katz tie-in would spring from the Moose link, and from Katz's very strong connection with some of the detained terrorists.
For more fascinating stuff about Vera Katz and Moose in Oregon, look for the story about the prisoner who supposedly killed himself while in jail. Only problem with that: the guy was paralysed.

CHIEF'S SON ARRESTED FOR
DEALING CRACK
PORTLAND-- The son of Portland police chief Charles
Moose was arrested Friday night and charged with dealing
crack.
David C. Moose, 17, and a 16-year-old friend were arrested
around 12:30 a.m. in downtown Portland. Uniformed officers found
several pieces of rock cocaine on the teens after stopping them for
jaywalking.
David Moose and the other teen, Jaremy McClinton, were charged
with distribution and possession of cocaine and booked at the city's
main juvenile detention center. Moose was later released to his mother,
who does not live with Charles Moose.
Charles Moose is in North Carolina and isn't scheduled to return
to Portland until Wednesday, Madison said.
Madison, who spoke to Charles Moose by phone, said Moose
commended the officers for making the arrests even though they knew
the suspect was the chief's son.

CHIEF MOOSE'S SON 17, ARRESTED
The teen age son of Portland Police chief Charles Moose was
arrested early Saturday and accused of dealing crack cocaine.
Moose was attending a function at his alma mater, the University
of North Carolina, and was not available for comment, said Lt. Cliff
Madison, Portland Police Bureau spokesman.
About 12:30 a.m. Saturday, uninformed police stopped Moose's
17-year-old son and a 16-year-old boy for jaywalking on Northwest
Sixth and Couch Street.
The Oregonian routinely does not name juvenile offenders in such
cases.
Madison described the location as a high-crime area and said the
two were seen hanging around there before they were stopped. The stop
occurred after curfew for the teens. Police subsequently found the two were
carrying " several small 'rocks' of suspected cocaine." The rocks were
packaged in a manner similar to the way dealers carry the drug, Madison
said.
He said the two boys do not have a record with the Portland Police
Bureau and cooperated with police. The two were taken to Donald E.
Long Juvenile Detention Center and later released.
Moose has visitation rights with his son from a previous marriage,
said officer Henry Groepper, another bureau spokesman. Moose's
son lives with his mother in Northeast Portland.
Police said they released the information to avoid the appearance
of favoritism or a cover-up. " He wanted to be upfront with the situation,"
Madison said of the chief.
I don't necessarily buy into the theory that any of the above have any sinister connections.
Lol. There is one sinister connection here which is unavoidable: The terrorist-detained Patrice Lumumba Ford, a black muslim with connections to al Quaida, was hired by Vera Katz - personally. So was Chief Moose.
