NJ Gov. McGreevey's scandal coming out.
Posted on 11/03/2002 2:25:47 PM PST by deepthroatnnj
NJ has within its borders a scandal which makes the Clinton/Lewinsky matter a walk in the park. The press has danced around the real issue. It will be revealed that what has occured in the Garden State is a scandal of the greatest importance. It will lead to the resignation of its current Governor James McGreevey due to his abuse of office and the NJ tax payers to prop up Golan Cipel. The nature of their real relationship is on the verge of breaking into the spotlight. This will be earth shattering.

I know what it is. That Isreali friend of McGreevy's who was on the payroll is really his gay lover.
To: deepthroatnnj
Really?????
Sounds like a newbie wanting some attention.
To: Rodney King
I heard he's a homo. Is that true?
To: Rodney King
What? We'll finally find out the true story about those walks on the beach in Cape May? Come on. Everyone knows McGreedy's secret. Tell us something we don't know.
To: Rodney King
There were many inside rumors -- from people pretty far in the know -- when I was in NJ that McGreevey was a little light in the loafers.

I doubt if it'll even make the local news. The local morning news. The local Saturday morning news.

I am curious to see a source to sustain this post, new member.

It will lead to the resignation of its current Governor James McGreevey due to his abuse of officeDemocrats don't resign. Neither will McGreasy.
In order to resign, you need to have sometime called a conscience so you can feel the emotion of shame.
That is the mental disease all liberals have. No conscience at all.
McGreasy could rape Nuns in broad daylight and still not resign.
The Torch did not resign he just stepped aside.

All this will simply endear McGreedy to his dem constituents. This is no kept secret and has been known for years and years that McG was trolling for young boys.
He was also suspected of beating his first wife who now lives outside the United States and he has NO visitation rights to his little girl.
The dems simply don't care and truth be told, he could not have gained office without a lot of help from his republican friends.

Ok newbie, I'll bite - what's this great story and the sources (notice plural) for it?

Why did you bother posting this if you're not going to give the actual details? Take about "dancing around the real issue."

I heard the same thing. I don't want to mention any names, but the NJ freeper who mentioned it here has a screen name beginning with a lower-case "d". ;-x
To: deepthroatnnj
Here is the dirt. McGreevey had hired someone romantically involved with him to a post involving homeland security. In light of the War on Terrorism this is an act of grave national security. The journalist who reveals the details will win a Pulitzer.
To: deepthroatnnj
Cipel....it's one of the keywords someone put in there.

How do you know for sure that he doesn't have visitation rights to his child??
To: Dog Gone
Yes, let's not be cute, if you have something to say, say it.
Ditto on democrats resigning. As rare as unicorns.

"He was also suspected of beating his first wife who now lives outside the United States and he has NO visitation rights to his little girl. "
I have heard the rumors about him being a little on the sweet side but this is some new stuff for me??? Where did you come across this stuff??? A wife beating, deadbeat dad? Was his wife an illegal alien also???
To: deepthroatnnj
What is so big about this news that the journalist who reveals it will win a Pulitzer? Maybe I'm being dense, but although this is sleezy news, I don't see how it makes any impact at all. This is new jersey.
To: MoralSense
I heard this "rumor" too, years before he was governor....when he was a very ambitious state senator, and mayor etc

Maybe it's a trend among Democrat governors. Former WV Gov. Caperton reportedly trolled for teenaged boys, how he's the head of the College Board. So much for consequences.

I guess we'll see it on Drudge soon, then. "Real" journalist seem to have problems with "just about sex" issues that compromise our national security.

The reporter who writes about a Democrat's gay love affair and implies there is something wrong with that will
not win a Pulitzer. That reporter will be shunned, branded an extremist hate-monger and sent to re-education camp until he has gottten his mind "right."*

And you know this how....and it will come out when...and where?
To: SunnyUsa
Whatever the merits of this post, a person active in NJ politics told me years ago that McGreevy and Toricelli were both crooks. A lot more goes on than is reported in the press. In fact unless a story fots their liberal mind set "mold" they won't run it. But when Mcgreevy madea convicted felon with organized crime links head of the State Police it was too juicy to be ignored.
In my smaller world we are battling corruption by the NJ state attorney general's office pressuring state agencies to make rulings favorable to the pockets of democrat pols and their families. I sense taht the accumulating attention and McGreevy's corruptness will eventually bring him down.

global warming People ask me if I think a superstar football player will ever come out during his playing days. I hate to be negative, but I don't see it happening. The league just isn't ready for it, and neither are the fans. The NFL doesn't even give benefits to same-sex partners. I'd like to be wrong. It would be cool if we could just set a date, and on that day all the players, all the owners, all the coaches, all the owners' and coaches' kids, the fans -- all the people involved in football who are gay -- could just come out all at the same time. Or maybe David Geffen will buy a team, and I can be the coach. I won't hold my breath. All I can do is live in truth. I am doing that now, and I can't tell you how happy I am.
Ellen degenerate, rosie "the queen of mean" o'donnel,-- next one out is a wrotten egg.

Democrats don't care if their politicians are homosexual, wife-beating pedophiles - - all they care about is that their politicians give them more "free stuff" and pay for it by confiscating more and more money from their neighbors.
See, the scumbag Democrat politicians would be nowhere without their enablers - - the rank and file scumbag Democrat voters.
And the scumbag Democrat voters have no interest in anything but "free stuff".
All this "scandal" stuff is dead in the water. Sorry to burst your bubble.
To: Williams
I agree - I think what will bring McGreevy down is the cumulative weight of all this stuff, not just one thing. As far as the original post& "deepthroat", only one thing to say......"Old News".....we're not biting. This is NOT what works us up into a lather. We're far too busy dealing with the real stuff than wasting time fantasizing about another sex scandal.

Yep, I heard this too and I tend to believe it. McGreevy really has done nothing but screw up since he got in. Is is going to be revealed that the loser who was such a bad appointment to head the state troopers (or whatever it was) and who has just resigned was his lover too? At least that's a reason to hook somebody up.
If (we can only hope) McGreevy does resign, who becomes Gov?

His first wife lives in Canada.
The source for my information is unimpeachable.
To: Williams
Well, McGreevy is obviously a crook.
But I distrust this story. It sounds like disinformation to me. Something like the COPPS picture, or the Danny Williams DNA trap. I don't doubt for a minute that clinton is Danny's father, but the Dems manage to play it in a way that suckered Murdoch and Drudge and killed the story.
Maybe McGreevy is a homosexual, but this particular story isn't true. So people jump on this story and get hammered. Then they don't dare bring up the homosexual angle again.
Just as Gray Davis is a money grubbing crook, but that particular COPPS story wasn't true. When Simon bit, it took the edge off his well-founded accusations of corruption.

To your #39 ----- how do you explain Torricelli on the losing side to Forrester, before the Dems pulled him out? It took Dem voters with a conscience to give T. negative ratings in the polls.

As long as McGreezy delivers the cash to the unions he will not be forced to resign. The sweetheart deal for the arena in Newark was part of the deal for republican support.
Much as clinton doled out taxpayer dollars by the millions, McG is doing the same and there will be no complaints from the recipients.
Taxpayers be damned!

As a contractor in NJ, I just almost died laughing at your troll graphic. Looks like a few guys I know!
Hope you don't mind me copying it to send to my fellow trolls?
Thanks.
