As they say in Texas, "Some people just need killin."
These pigs don't even deserve to breathe our air after the evil they committed.

...Lethal Injection...
That is way too merciful for these animals.

How long does it take for death sentences to be carried out in Kansas?

Hey good one.
"Good move on the Judges part, sentence them to 250 years in prision in addition to Lethal Injection in case something happens.. "Maybe on the remaining charges he could sentence them to be drawn and quartered after they are dead.

Ship 'em to Texas. Huntsville has this execution thing down to assembly line efficiency!
Anyone want to start a pool on how long it is before some NPR or Public TV sob sister airs her heartbreaking documentary on the poor, misunderstood Carr brothers?
All the more reason to make them compost -- before the hearts start a-bleedin' and the Free Mumia crowd oozes out of the shadows.

Death is too good for these animals. I hope they suffer immeasurably at the hands of their compatriots.

Carr Brothers Sentenced to Death, Victims to Speak to Courtroom on Friday
Reginald and Jonathan Carr were given the death penalty by a unanimous jury today. The Carr brothers were given four counts of death each for the four counts of capital murder they were convicted of earlier this month.
On Friday morning, victims families will give their impact statements to the court and the defendants. The judge still has to sentence the Dodge City brothers on 85 other criminal counts, including one count of first degree murder, rape, robbery and other crimes.
The Carrs were convicted earlier this month of 93 total criminal counts, stemming from a crime spree in December of 2000. That spree culminated with the deaths of Aaron Sander, Jason Befort, Heather Muller, and Brad Heyka in a snow covered soccer field in northeast Wichita.

Thank you! There just couldn't have been any other way, for sure. Although I believe that these non-humans did not have 'brain damage' (doing an eyeroll) I certainly can't see a normal person committing such atrocious crimes.
Thank the Lord for a THINKING jury; there is justice after all.

"Any one of you can decide to save this young man's life," said Ron Evans, Jonathan Carr's attorney. "You can decide there is some good there. There is something worth saving." Well, it looks like they decided. Can't say I disagree, either.

This is a headline that Jay Leno is going to have to display on his show.

Reginald Carr's lawyer, Jay Greeno, acknowledged the horror of the crimes but said it doesn't change his mind about the death penalty. "On a personal level, I don't believe in killing people to teach other people that it's wrong to kill people," Greeno said. "We are one of the only civilized countries that continues to do this, and I think we need to look hard at the others that do what we do... Iraq, for one."
Ron Evans, who directs the Kansas Death Penalty Defense Unit, said he will remember Jonathan Carr as one of his most gracious clients.
"I know what he did was bad, but that's not the person he is to me," Evans said. "He's always treated me as well as I've been treated by a client. And I feel bad for him."
Their lawyers are nearly as disgusting as they are!

Why hasn't, the Southern Peverty Law Center, which claim to fight racisn or the, ADL, who hide behind law enforcement logos, been been quiet on the Carr case. These silence from these "civil rights groups" is defening.
