After Gore's concession speech, they forgot to mention our chants of "thank you Al". The next time we see gore, unfortuneately, I think we shall have to chant "gore is a liar" because it is true.

I still think he abuses his wife. I have never recovered from seeing him showing that full-frontal, pregnant, nude self-portrait of Tipper that hangs in the hallway of the Tennessee home they had at the time....and I thought to myself "Why would she paint that? I just read the excerpts of Barbara's interview of Al Gore. He states that people were bussed in to protest him. I would tell you that that is an out and out lie. No busses were needed. It was a true grassroots effort on the part of many Americans that went to protest Al Gore at the VP mansion. My husband and I just got in our car and drove to the mansion. We went with a trunk full of signs that I made, and had a good time expressing our first amendment rights in front of Cheney's house.

Karenna saw her Dad's hopes and dreams going down the tubes and felt they were going to have to resort to manufacturing civil unrest, destruction and possible loss of lives in order for her Daddy to have a chance. And apparently, there were a few heavy hitters in the Gore campaign that felt the same drastic measure was necessary also. Truly troubling.
