Good to see our troops are carrying their weapons with them everywhere. Now it would be nice to see some of them loaded too. In the Klintoon Navy, we stood watch with unloaded guns. Even during security alerts, we ran around the ship with shotgun in one hand and shells in the other. I thought it completely ridiculous and showed me how much the brass actually thought of us.

Standing in line to sterilize your mess kit by dipping it into the boiling water heated with a kerosene immersion heater was part of the gourmet dining experience. LOL! I came to love the smell of kerosene in the morning!
