The Democratic Party's new welfare clients are felons.
To: knak
"To deny a person the ability to eat or to get adequate medical treatment when we're not sure exactly what's going on is a complex issue," said Phyllis Lowe of the department. Somebody should remind Phyllis that prisoners get three squares and a warm place to sleep, not to mention medical treatment. And that it comes gratis, at the expense of the state and its taxpayers. Just like welfare...
Obviously, this lady needs to be robbed or beaten, so as to remind her what criminals with outstanding arrest warrants do...

You mean if I get injured robbing 7-Eleven I'm eligible to go on welfare? Who says crime doesn't pay?? Willie Sutton missed the biggest cash cow of all: the goobermint; that's where the money is now.

Why you heartless beasts need to check out the source before you start passing judgement!
This was from that evil tool of the radical-right known as FOX News! Why don't you know these are poor, misguided people who, through no fault of their own, found themselves run afoul of the law and FOX DARES to present this side of the story??!!
Where are the starving children of these poor souls, their spouses, parents and pets??!!!! YOU'RE ALL CRUEL, HEARTLESS FAT CAT BEASTS IS WHAT YOU ARE!!!!!!! GO EAT YOUR YOUNG!!!
(wacko liberal response off)

Well gosh, Phyllis, d'ya think maybe if they stopped getting their checks, they'd contact your agency, and then somebody from LE could talk to them, thus maybe facilitating finding out "exactly what's going on"?
Could the Washington state Freepers please take appropriate action against this pathetic excuse for a government official . . .
To: Rocksalt
Yeah, it kinda makes you wonder if they ever catch ANYBODY that's got a warrant out on 'em. I don't know how the numbers could get that high if they did.

300,0000 fugitives? Geez I'm staying the hell out of Washington state, that's a lot of criminals. Geeeze, what a police state we are becoming.
300,000 X 50 states = 15,000,000 fugitives ?????
Fugitive for what? Parking tickets?
To: DAnconia55
The problem is that the state Department of Social and Health Services has the addresses of these felons, since it sends them welfare
checks every month, but that law enforcement does not.
Not unless parking is a felony.
To: knak
One government agency knows where thousands of them are, but instead of locking them up, it's sending them welfare checks. Well they can't vote Democrat if there hauled in and convicted of a felony now can they.
