Somebody should remind Phyllis that prisoners get three squares and a warm place to sleep, not to mention medical treatment. And that it comes gratis, at the expense of the state and its taxpayers. Just like welfare...

Obviously, this lady needs to be robbed or beaten, so as to remind her what criminals with outstanding arrest warrants do...

One government agency knows where thousands of them are, but instead of locking them up, it's sending them welfare checks.

Well they can't vote Democrat if there hauled in and convicted of a felony now can they.
