The difference is, of course, that the private sector employees will actually WORK and provide 6 or 7 times the productivity of the slackers they will be replacing...and if they don't they'll get replaced instead of eating oranges and reading the newspaper at their desk for 30 years while they wait to retire on a go'v'ment pension (<- true story of an actual government employee).
