Brooklyn Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who spoke with the victims' parents, said he believes the assault was bias-related - although it was not reported as a hate crime.Why isn't this a hate crime?

Section II, subsection A, paragraph 2 of the Hate Crime Act clearly states: only male Caucasian Christians are to be prosecuted for hate crimes. Guess you missed it. /sarcasm
