I love the Chiefs. I can even support the possibility that they may beat Oakland away, though OAK is wanting some payback for their stutterstep in KC. Miami will beat New England.

I have to face facts though. There is no way without direct divine intervention that Arizona will beat Denver at Denver.

It's been a great year for the AFC West. Every team in that division can beat any other team in the NFL. You can't say that about the AFC North. :)

Sometimes you wish they could both lose. :)

Gig 'em!

At first I didn't know what you meant, but you sound like a TCU fan? I don't know what else to think with your handle being lonestar.... lol

They just mentioned that the Philadelphia Eagles are changing the spelling of their name to "Iggels", so it will be easier for the fans to do their chant...

"I...G...G...E...L...S...IGGELS!!!"

Would that be the Oakland-Los Angeles-Oakland Raiders?

Kinda cool, for the Bay Area. Two teams in it at the end.

Down in the greater Lost Angeles realm, we are the same at the end, as we were at the start--no dog, in this show.

(I've been a Raiders fan since the first Oakland timeframe-Plunkett, et al.)

I'm also rooting for the Bucs, if for nothing else so Brad Johnson can look at Daniel Snyder (owner of the Redskins) and give him the middle finger.

Agreed.

BTW, I like my Raiders chances today against the Chefs* without Priest Holmes playing today.

The "Chefs" will just have to win through the air! LOL It's a shame though, I wanted to see the Priest break some records. He was so close on several.

I don't know if the Eagles will win the Superbowl but I've been saying for over a month now that they will go.

Guess I should be happy since they are in my division, but I'm still licking the wounds from my team once again having a horrible year. My all time favorite player retiring and losing to the Cowgirls yet again.

That should be a good one. Must-win for the Jets. Packers jockeying for playoff position, especially if the Eagles lose today, then they'll be going for the #1 spot. Otherwise, a first-round bye on the line. Go Pack.

I repeat! Shockey's aunt is a friend of mine. We've been following the kid since he was in high school--played wide receiver best I remember. I love to watch him after he catches the ball.
