I was in the Boy Scouts for a few years. We never ever mixed with Girl Scouts. Most adults knew how to supervise things back then. And the Scout code must have changed somewhere along the way.

The scout code is the same, some morals have changed in the USA. The Boy Scouts of American and the Girl Scouts are two separate organizations and do not mix. Once in a while they may have a camporee together but that's the extent of the mixing. The traditional Boy Scout troop youth roster is all male.
