It kind of undermines the point that conservatives are more sensible people, when some of us don't have the sense to understand that some people -- definitely including 15 and 16 year-old girls, just haven't grown much sense yet, nor knowledge, or independence, or assertiveness. Sigh.
Do you find many folks in FR that are so anti-litigation and anti-victimization that they've done this to themselves?
