Trouble brewing between Schroeder and Fischer

Unlike the public Love fest and cooperation between German Chancellor an d foreign Minister Fischer, there is trouble in paradise. According to the German magazine Der Spiegel, Those two are feuding over the German IRAQ policy. There seems to be a showdown brewing next week. Outcome: Uncertain at this time. I personally believe Fischer is tired of being Schroeders mouthpiece with Germany disintegrating economically.

Fischer once trained in Libyan terror camps. It's been reported in the German press. He's not going to ever really support the liberation of Iraq.

He's not going to ever really support the liberation of Iraq.Fischer was captured in photographs viciously attempting to beat and kick to death a prostrate and unconscious policeman during pro-communist riots during the 1960's. This is not an urban legend, THIS HAPPENED, and the photographs HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED. Scroeder is an obnoxious clown. Fischer is an evil, walking Nazi, in our century.

I wonder how many news agencies in the states though are telling the US public what a wretched person this Fischer is, hmmm? Not many.

Do you have a link to that story?
To: aynrandfreak
No, I don't the stories circulated here about a year ago. I'm sure with a couple of efforts searching for it you would find it.

NO! Schröder is opposed to the war, Fischer too. But Fischer told the media what he thinks about Schröder: "IF A MAJORITY DESIRES, SCHRÖDER WOULD WEAR A BEARD LIKE KAISER WILHELM II. AND WEAR A HISTORICAL UNIFORM. OR IF THE PEOPLE WISHES HIM TO BEHAVE LIKE KING LUDWIG II. OF BAVARIA, HE´D SWIM IN THE LAKE STARNBERG AND KISS SWANS!" I couldn´t believe it. Maybe the coalition is history. If I were Schröder, I wouldn´t accept such a vice Chancellor - even if that would lead to my end of career too.

(You have (had) G. Bush, J. Cash, B. Hope & S. Wonder - we have Schröder: no cash, no hope, no wonder)

Read the article between the lines. Fischer is very upset at Schroeder. In addition to the war, it also is hurting economic ties. Fisher probably would have preferred more diplomatic language.
To: Castlebar
While you are right about Fischers past, he seems to have grown up, Schroeder is just a Bull in a China Closet.
To: americanbychoice
Absolutely. Fischer IS a diplomat, Schröder is not. Have you read what Fischer said about Schröder? That must be the end of the coalition, very soon.

There is to be a meeting on the 16th, Actually, I like Fischer even though I was in Germany during that time. Next to my Office in Frankfurt there used to be a Besatzung of Buildings and every day there was a Demonstration of some sort followed by Watercannons. :)

They're both members of Germany government in the year 2003.
They can both kiss off.
I said it three years ago....soon Liberals will turn on each other. Clinton/Gore Daschle/Gephardt...They have to. It is the Liberal lifestyle to rail at and destroy something. In Germany's case, they cant defeat GW or Blaire so they'll turn on one another. I wont be surprised to eventually hear of a emerging fissure in French/German relations. This is how it works.
...badabing.

The French/German marriage won't last. Timing is atrocious and it would destroy the EU

Sorry...

(Self-correction....what a concept!)
To: americanbychoice
Yeah...it just goes against the laws of nature.
Nothing more than Liberals pretending "we are the world"...one of'em'll screw up and do something to offend the other...then it's back to normal.

I´m curious what will be said on Thursday, when it comes to a "government explanation".
You have chosen a nice place for your office... :)

well, it was around the corner from the american consulate, across from the palmengarten entrance. Actually, a good part of town.
To: americanbychoice
Good, that the state today doesn´t tolerates these actions anymore.
