I just was listening to Eric Alterman (if you want to know the full story of what he said about Limbaugh clikck the link.) He was just on a local Chicago talk radio show with a conservative woman named Eileen Byrn. Who as she said, read his book and then argued some points with him.

Throughout the interview she was the picture of civility. He, on the other hand called her "hey lady". He said hers was the stupidest show he had been on and called her all sorts of other names. In spite of his billigerence she argued only the facts and not once called him a name. The interview ended when he prematurely hung up on her.

I saw Alterman on Bill O'Reilly's TV show last night and he acted like the Looney Left are wont to do.

I blasted this guy on our local station yesterday in Denver (850KOA). Subject was liberal media bias. The guy even has a book out but he has no clue. I asked him to prove his contention that since the media was controlled by corporate america that it is therefore a conservative bias. He had nothing. I asked him to explain the relationship between ABC/Disney/Eisner and if he knew how much $$$ eisner gave the DNC in the past three presidential elections - he had no clue. I asked him about the relationship between CBS/Viacom/Simon Schuster/Sumner Redstone/Clintons - and he had no clue. Call this guy up everytime you get a chance AND BLAST HIM!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like he thinks he might get a talk show for liberals by using tactics he believes makes conservative talk so popular. Rush wrote a book, he writes a book. Conservatives are "rude, loud and obnoxious" he acts the same way. Etc.

Alterman got his wish... Rush is effectively deaf, but modern medicine allows him to hear. What urks Alterman is that Rush is STILL the leading conservative commentator/radio host in America. And Alterman is a NOBODY.

O'Reilly zapped him last night. Alterman started reading a laundry list after hemming and hawing of facts that he claimed O'Reilly got wrong.

O'Reilly sad one was corrected on the air immediately and the other two claims were just false.
