The concessions are supect, the weapons are real.....If there are one millions marchers for peace that's still less than the number Saddam has killed Are you willing to allow Saddam to kill another million. If we show weakness now, the menace will grow...

The opposition to war is welcomed by Saddam.....

Are we sure Hussein will not use chemical weapons again?

There are consquences paid in blood for leaving saddam in power

ridding then world of Saddam will be an act of humanity

Blair said he was still committed to solving the Iraq crisis through the United Nations and said weapons inspectors would be given more time.

The AP header is almost identical to the BBC's on this same speech. Yet the quotes do not support the header. If anything, Blair's remarks about the inspectors being given more time were used in a rhetorically sarcastic way.

The press is either being being obtuse or wilfully misrepresenting Prime Minister Blair's remarks. The war's already on, and you can see it in the behavior of the Left. All peacetime rules of civility and fairness have been suspended. Their attitude is: "by any means necessary". So be it.

""The concessions are suspect, unfortunately the weapons are real," he told a party conference in Glasgow, Scotland."

I sincerely believe that Prime Minister Blair would not say this unless it were absolutely true. In fact, the drooling anti-war idiots believe it too, or they wouldn't keep telling us that if the Coalition of the Willing attacks Iraq, Saddam will retaliate with weapons of mass distruction that both the drooling anti-war idiots and Saddam say Iraq does not have.

I guess inspectors get two more weeks...ah well...the schedule is still proceeding according to plan.

To the British public: If you do not want him, send him here. He is a brave soldier going against the polls for what is right! He is a hero here!
