This is justice.

These rat teachers vote for their facist king Rat Davis. Now he is turning on them.

This explains why one of my moderate neighbors who is a teacher wants a couple of Carry Okies's Dump Davis stickers. I talked to her Tuesday, and she is on Davis worse than we are. I believe that she did not vote this past November.

In January, Gov. Gray Davis proposed eliminating 64 education categoricals and shifting the money into a single large block grant that districts could spend as they pleased.

Look for new administrative offices being remodeled, education seminar junkets to the Bahamas, new "administrative aide" positions to be created, etc.

Don't look for better teaching methods, more teachers, or smaller classes, because they won't happen. It's not their money, and it's not their kids, so they don't give a sh*t.

Oh, and they'll continue to complain for more money.

In an in-depth report called "Paying for Schools," published Feb. 2-7, The Bee reported that the categorical system has evolved into a complex web short on accountability but filled with inequities, red tape, politics and ancient funding formulas.

Funny how when things get tight, things like this are discovered. Maybe huge budget shortfalls aren't so bad afterall. Still, no comparison can be made between what a government agency will do to correct a shortfall as compared to a private company. Expect tax increases along with fuzzy math as the solution. Public entities don't do insolvency.

The true purpose of "Class Size Reductuction" is to require there to be more teachers, which in turn means more union members. There is no demonstrable benefit to the kids.

LOFL, the education mafia has the Democrat Party in its pocket and the Democrat party controls the state government. Meaningful reform will NEVER happen.
