Leaving a gun unattended in an open bag is not exactly demonstrating good sense.

"We'll probably file charges, but we feel it was an honest mistake that he made," Gally said. We feel it was an honest mistake so we will prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. What stupid statement if the person did really say it. I know how well the press reports the truth.
Once again, Zero Tolerance shows to be zero intelligence.

I would agree that leaving a gun in a open bag is not good snese, particularly if the bag surrounded by liberal snitches in a teachers lounge.
