President Disappointed by Vote to Continue Filibuster on Judicial Nominee

I went to www.senate.gov, clicked on the votes link but couldn't find today's cloture vote. Where can I find a list of how every senator voted?

Ben Nelson of Nebraska
Bill Nelson of Florida
John Breaux of Louisiana
and all 51 Republican senators voted to close debate,
which makes it 55.

Bob Graham of Florida did not vote.

The 43 Dems left and Jim Jeffords voted for the filibuster for a total of 44.

First of all, a full-blown filibuster (running 24 hours a day) REQUIRES at least one Rat to be present. The other knuckleheads could in fact just go back to their residence while one stayed there. They key here that needs to be exploited IMHO is that the dems have just engaged in voting "yes" on a filibuster for a judicial nomination for the first time in US Senate History when a clotchure was actually voted on - I could be wrong here but would appreciate some more knowlegedable freepers with Judicial Nomination history/background. On the more disappointing side, I just saw a running ticker on FOX that said that Frist announced "GOP will address other business in the Senate Session while still trying to get Estrada nominated". They through in the towel dammit!!!!!!!!

This is not a sell-out at all. It is just a means, within the Senate's carefully-maintained facade of propriety, to force a vote on the record, even though it doesn't yet count: it "outs" the bigot Dem'rats.

There is always the outside chance, after this is voting is done - and publicized - several more times, that just a few of them are embarassed enough to turn. Gotta admit, though, embarassing a Dem'rat is pretty much impossible.
