How will this ban fare before the Supreme Court?
In the Stenberg v. Carhart case in 2000, the Reagan-appointed Sandra Day O'Connor cast the tie-breaking vote AGAINST the Nebraska partial-birth abortion ban. What makes us think Sandra Day O'Connor will this time uphold a ban approved by the U.S. Senate? I am hopeful.
It may also be years before the Court clears this, when finally passed by Congress and signed by the president. In 1984, the Equal Access Law went to the courts and lay there for six years before the high Court finally permitted it to be enacted.
Also, Nebrasja voters twice rejected Attorney General Stenberg when he sought election to the U.S. Senate.

"Has it passed yet in the House?" Nope, but it will, easily. Final vote in the Senate was 65 votes AYE. Lots of Dims on board for it.

Morals return? I dont think I would go that far! This is a good thing but hardly a bold step. We have a very long way to go.

Vote 65-34. Happy there are 65 people with a conscence in the Senate, disgusted that there are 34 Hillery/ Mengele clones with no soul's.
Let's roll in the House and get this Bill to the President ASAP.
This is a good day.

You said the key word "rights". These radicals care more about losing a right then what that right really is. The right they are so concentrated on keeping is killing unborn children. The right alone is all they really care about. How many times have you heard the old rhetoric of "I wouldnt have a abortion myself, but I want others to have the choice". These weaklings stand for nothing. We have some warped people on this planet.
