Rush didn't think she would be elected, now she's one of my Senators. Don't underestimate her for a minute.

I wouldn't put it past her establishing circumstances where she could slither into the '04 race. You're absolutely right. It's the Clinton's "establishing circumstances" that could turn the tide and put this woman where she has no right to be. Nothing these people would do would surprise me any longer. Nothing.

Right on Blade, she'll run till she's elected.

Don't underestimate her for a minute.
Problem is, the citizens of NY were overestimated, a pretty sorry bunch.

". . . now she's one of my Senators. . . " I live in NY State also. I don't have any Senator.

Exactly. In all fairness, Rush...you were quite confident she wouldn't even RUN for Senator.

She's scary alright and determined ...a regular Catherine di Medici (sorry Kate) but no one can get elected president unless they can knock a big chunk out of the Solid South including Texas....and there is no way she will ever do that.
Aside from the nearly universal white male conservative vote down here, many Southern women find her style regardless of her politics a major turnoff.

I agree. Underestimating her is very dangerous. I think a very plausible scenario of her becoming President is getting another 3rd party to split the vote just like her so called husband did to win in 92 and 96. McCain becoming an independant and running would fit the ticket exactly for her.

That doesn't mean a thing. Barbara Streisand could get elected senator in New York. Fact is, there just aren't enough states that would elect Hillary Clinton nationally that would come anywhere close to giving her the electoral votes she would need.

I think Rush is the greatest, but he actually went so far as to say he thought she wouldn't even *run* for Senator.
