Can they roll in the 20-30 mph sandstorms that are predicted tomorrow?

They're well out of the desert so the sandstorms shouldn't be too much for a problem for the forward elements. Don't know about the ones still coming from Kuwait though. It could slow the rear down for awhile.

Could be on the outskirts in 6 hours if they're equipment is in good shape.

I don't see a problem with sandstorms.
Sandstorms won't do much to tanks or Bradleys.
Hmmvw's, though, might have some trouble.
The column will end up in disarray due to limited vis, and the humvees might get run down by tanks, but that's part of teh job.
It's a risk that soldiers take.
It's a risk I'd take if I was still in uniform.
