US forces sealed off 36 bunkers earmarked as potential sites of weapons of mass destruction at an Iraqi air base outside of An Nasiriyah, military police said.
A United States Army battalion also siezed six vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunition at the base, killed 2 men and captured 11, officials said.
Some of the bunkers which were to be opened later with media present, had been looted.

The left has already started setting up the scenario that any evidence is fake. NPR has been heavy on the bogus nuke evidence story, and I've heard this talking point from other lefties. Be prepared for the Arabs, the French, and the looney left to disbelieve any evidence found.

The French made a bestseller out of a conspiracy book that claimed there was no plane that flew into the Pentagon. Having them onboard is pointless. There is more credibility on Art Bell's show.

How about the French and German media. We of course will wear chemical protective gear. The French and German reporters will not.
Just for giggles.
