I agree with you Ivan. Images like this only strengthen our resolve and desire to avenge. Where the hell is the rest of the world on this? If the US/UK were engaged in this kind of propaganda we would be crucified for it but any other news source can do it with impunity. Are there really that many people out there that lack the objectivity to see the evil in this?

There is a sickness of the soul in people who show this and who enjoy watching it. I cannot explain or understand it except to say it is evil--devoid of any goodness or compassion. I began praying for the British soldiers and thier families as soon as I heard they were missing. I will continue praying that God gives these brave soldier's families the peace and measure of grace only He can give.

I really struggle with my feelings right now. It is a good thing God is patient with me while I go from wanting to do vile things to those who have treated British and American soldiers with disdain to asking Him to help me not feel hate. I think He said it is ok to hate evil, just cool it on the torture I pictured doing back at them. :)

In the early stages of this war, the world is getting a clearer view of the Iraqi regime and the evil at its heart. In the ranks of that regime are men whose idea of courage is to brutalize unarmed prisoners. They wage attacks while posing as civilians. They use real civilians as human shields. They pretend to surrender, then fire upon those who show them mercy.

This band of war criminals has been put on notice: the day of Iraq's liberation will also be a day of justice.
